Payment methods & delivery costs

Delivery is free on all orders, with no minimum order value. Orders within the United Arab Emirates are delivered within 1 working day.

You can choose from the following payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay and Tabby.

The chances are that your order has already been shipped!

Orders are generally shipped within 24 hours during weekdays, provided that:

• The payment for the order has already been made.
• All of the products ordered are in stock in our warehouse.
• The address is within the city limits of each emirate. In case it is a remote area, the order will be delivered the following Saturday. For a full list of remote area please click here.

Please allow additional order preparation time for orders placed over weekend and holidays. 

We ask for your understanding should we be unable to ship your items immediately. There are lots of different stages involved in delivering your parcel, which unfortunately means that there is potential for delay. 

At the time an order is prepared and ready, a notification will be sent to provided email address. Ad additional courier email notification will be sent as well, where more information about shipment and possible delivery location rescheduling are available.

At checkout you'll find the "Discount code" field. Enter your code and confirm with "Apply": the discount is deducted from your order total immediately. In some cases the field is also available in the cart; by default one code can be redeemed per order.
